This double-story medieval mansion, completed in 1892 and located on a waterfront, was originally home of Jack Haggard, Queen Victoria's consul. A recreated Swahili home, artifacts from Takwa, and various siwa, or dhow ceremonial horns, are among the Swahili culture exhibits on display.
